摘    要:经济全球化推动企业不断走向国际化。中国石化作为大型国有能源化工公司要实现“成为具有较强国际竞争力的跨国能源化工公司”的战略目标,需要进一步与国际先进企业接轨。跨国公司必然有跨文化的管理运营要求。扬子石油化工股份有限公司与德国巴斯夫集团合资合作创建的扬子石化一巴斯夫有限责任公司,在企业文化建设实践中,对如何更好地实现合资合作企业中西方文化的融合与管理进行了探索。

Abstract:Economic globalization is promoting enterprise approaching to the world continuously. As a giant national energy resources chemical corporation, Sinopec needs to further follow advanced international enterprises to realize the strategy of becoming "an international energy resources chemical corporation with strong international competition force". International corporation must operate as an international corporation. The joint venture Yangzi Petrochemcal - BASF Co. Ltd. formed by Yangzi Petrochemical Co. Ltd. and German BASF Group probed into how to melt culture of China and the West and improve management of joint venture in construction of enterprise culture.
