线材滚弯过程的回弹量数学模型的建立与研究

摘    要:为了建立线材滚弯过程的回弹量数学模型,采用了ANSYS软件和正交试验法,进行了线材滚弯过程的有限元仿真,分析得出了弯曲力臂长度是影响回弹角的一个重要因素,基于弯曲力臂长度这一因素推导出了回弹量数学模型,并通过进一步的仿真对比验证了回弹角数学模型在一定条件下是准确的。

Abstract:Aiming at establishing springback mathematical model of wire roll bending process,using the ANSYS software and orthogonal test,the process of wire roll bending was simulated with finite element.The test results indicate the length of bending force arm is one of the important factors which affect the springback angle.Then springback mathematical model are derived based on the factor of bending force arm.Through further more simulation comparison,under certain condition,the correctness of springback angle mathematical moded has been verified.
