| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于CAN总线收发器的单片机控制的直读式水表终端和基于CAN总线协议的中继器,介绍了直读水表和中继器的工作方式和控制关系。这种水表终端采用接触式电刷将水表字轮各码位转换为电平信号,并将检测的电平信号并行输入单片机。检测的水表数据通过单片机串行输入到CAN总线驱动器并经过总线驱动器、中继器实现信息的网络传输。由单片机通过软件模拟CAN总线的数据链路层,并在应用层上增加了纵向校验和,使系统在提高数据传输的可靠性的基础上降低了硬件成本。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a micro-computer-controlled direct-reading water meter and carrier based on CAN Bus transceiver, and their working method and relationship. This kind of water meter adopts touching electric brush to convert code position of digital code wheel of water meter into voltage signal which will be input to micro-computer in parallel. The measured data of water meter is input by micro-computer to CAN Bus-driver serially. And, through Bus-driver and carrier, network transmission of information is realized. The micro-computer simulates data link of CAN bus, and adds the sum check in lengthways in application, which may lower the cost of the hardware and improve the reliability of data transmission. |
