摘    要:采用γ能谱法和PC/FRAM软件分析检测铀样品中235U的富集度。实验结果表明,随机抽样的2个铀样品中,235U富集度测定值与标称值间相对偏差均在3%以内。该方法可用于铀样品中235U富集度的测量,并为今后核材料的测量提供一定的参考。

Abstract:235U enrichment in uranium samples were measured and verified using the γ-spectrometry and special PC/FRAM code. Different plots on two uranium targets were measured, which was selected randomly. The results show that the relative deviation between measured 235U enrichment and declared value is less than 3%, thus it can be concluded that γ-spectrometry is efficient in verifying 235U enrichment in uranium samples. This method could provide some references for measurement of nuclear material.
