摘    要:为了降低高凝油生产能耗,中国石油辽河油田公司沈阳采油厂采用化学加药、涂层管杆、井下双管掺水等冷采技术及配套工艺进行高凝油冷采生产。介绍了化学加药、涂层管杆、井下双管掺水等冷采技术的原理、设计要求、工作制度及实施效果。实施效果表明:2006~2008年,沈阳采油厂共计实施化学加药、涂层管杆、双管掺水冷采215口井,累计节电5897.5×10^4kW·h,累计创造效益4065.3万元。

Abstract:In order to lower the energy consumption in the production of high pour-point oil,the Shenyang Oil Production Plant of PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Company has introduced a series of cold production tech- nologies and associated techniques such as chemical agents,coated oil tubes and pumping rods and downhole dual-pipe water blending technology in high pour-point oil production.This article describes how the above equipment and techniques work and their design requirements,operating conditions and effects.Data show that from 2006 to 2008,the Shenyang Oil Production Plant applied the above cold production technologies in 215 wells and saved a total of 5897.5×10^4kW·h of power,the equivalent of generating 40.653 million yuan in revenue.
