| Abstract: | A series of transparent poly(dimethyl-methylphenyl-methylvinyl) siloxane(PDMS-PMPS-PMViS) copolymers end-capped with vinyldimethylsilyl group were prepared by ring-opening copolymerization.Various factors were investigated in detail,together with their influence on the properties of products.A kind of silicone gel-type light emitting diode(LED) encapsulant with refractive indexn n25D higher than 1.5000 and transmittance higher than 90%(400 nm～800 nm,10mm) was further prepared with the obtained copolymers curing by organohydrogenpolysiloxane under the catalysis of Karstedt catalyst. |
