平动齿轮机构的演化与创新

摘    要:平动齿轮机构是一种新型的齿轮机构。通过对平行四边形机构和圆柱齿轮机构进行组合演化,得到了平动齿轮机构的基本型;进一步演化创新,得到了实用的内啮合内平动齿轮机构;进而通过增加辅助机构,获得了实用二环、三环减速器;为减小尺寸,通过演化创新得到了内啮合外平动齿轮机构,在此基础上又演化出了内二环、内三环减速器。此外,结合实例探讨了机构演化过程中创新思维的扩展和应用。

Abstract:A parallel moving gear mechanism is a new gear mechanism. By combination and evolution of parallel quadrilateral mechanism with a cylindrical gear mechanism, a basic style of the parallel moving gear mechanism is obtained. With further evolution, internal engaged and internal parallel moving gear mechanism is obtained. 2-ring and 3-ring reducers are obtained by adding auxiliary mechanisms. In order to reduce the size, internal engaged and external parallel moving gear mechanism is obtained by evolution and innovation, and based on this point ,inner 2-ring and inner 3-ring reducers are obtained. The expansion and application of the mechanism innovation and evolution are also discussed by using of the example.
