双张铝箔暗面亮点缺陷的研究

试验了双合轧制铝箔时工艺因素对暗面亮点缺陷的影响。试验表明，形成亮点缺陷的主要原因是双合轧制暗面的摩擦状况局部异常。控制双合油及轧制油的理化指标，确保轧辊表面和轧制材料表面质量均匀、无损伤，可消除亮点缺陷。

The Investigation of the Bright-spot Defect on Dim Surface for Aluminum Foil Double Rolling

The technological factors afffectiong bright-spot defect on dim surface for aluminium foil double rolling were studied. It shows that main reason for bright-spot is partial abnormal friction between one dim surface and another during aluminium foil double rolling. The bright-spot defect can be avoiced through controlling the physical and chemical properties of rolling oil and doubling oil, ensuring surface quality of the roll and rolled aluminium foil stock.
