乙炔气氛下制备碳包铁纳米粒子及其表征

摘    要:采用C2 H2 为碳源制备了碳包铁纳米粒子 ,通过X射线衍射 (XRD) ,透射电镜(TEM) ,热重 差热分析仪 (TG DSC)等分析手段对粒子的成分、形貌等进行了表征 ;在氮气氛中对粒子进行了退火处理 ,对碳包铁纳米粒子的形成机制进行了初步探讨。结果表明 :制备的粒子中含有α Fe相、FeC相和Fe3C相 ,没有铁的氧化物相出现。铁粒子在碳层的保护下有很好的抗酸蚀能力 ,碳层的存在也增强了纳米铁粒子的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Carbon-coated iron nanoparticles was produced under C 2H 2 atmosphere. The nanoparticles, collected from the reactor wall, were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal analysis (TG-DSC) experiments. The samples were annealed at different temperatures under the nitrogen atmosphere. The growth mechanism of the encapsulated iron nanoparticles was discussed. The results show that the samples contain α-Fe, FeC and Fe 3C and no iron oxide appears. Due to the protection of the carbon layer, the acid resistance of the carbon-coated iron nanoparticles is increased, and their oxidation resistance are also enhanced for the same reason.
