四川丹巴铜镍矿石工艺矿物学特征

摘    要:为了给合理有效利用四川丹巴铜镍矿石提供依据,对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究结果表明:该矿石矿物组成复杂,铜矿物以黄铜矿为主,镍矿物以镍黄铁矿、紫硫镍矿、针硫镍矿、硫镍铂矿等多种形式存在;铜、镍矿物嵌布粒度微细,普遍被脉石矿物包裹,且多呈纤维状镶嵌在脉石矿物中,同时铜、镍矿物自身相互紧密连生;矿石中含镁的脉石矿物较多,它们具有质地柔软,容易泥化,自然可浮性好,吸附能力强的特点。这些都将给铜、镍矿物的分选带来不利的影响。

Abstract:In order to provide a basis for reasonable recovering this ore,the process mineralogy research on copper-nickel ore in Danba,Sichuan was made.Research results showed that the mineral has a complex composition,where the copper mineral is mainly in chalcopyrite,and the nickel minerals mainly exist in the forms of nickel pyrite,violarite,capillose,sulphide nickel ore.Copper and nickel minerals are embedded in superfine particle,and are generally packed by the gangue minerals in the form of fibrous.Meanwhile,copper and nickel minerals are closely associated.There are amounts of magnesium gangue minerals in ores with characteristics of soft texture,easily sliming,good floatability,high adsorption ability.These will bring seriously bad impact to the separation of copper and nickel ore.
