| 摘 要： | 在我国当前迫切需要保护文物资源,它是城市可持续发展的战略组成部分.古城文物资源保护的监控与测评是一项重要工作,是对城市文化资源进行有效和科学管理的定量化措施.基于可持续发展的理论观点,建立了一个监控与测评体系,给出了三个不同层次的指标以及具体的测评方法,以实现古城文物资源保护的量化.本指标体系不仅可以用于古城,其基本模式也可用于其它城市的文化资源保护与发展评价.

| Abstract: | Ancient city's relics protection is urgent in our country and which is the key part of the sustainable development strategy of ancient cities. In view of that, efforts are made to set up a system in measuring and controlling the process of ancient city relics protection performance. A quantity of research work has been done in the system which consists of three sub systems indicating the administrative results of ancient city in its sustainable development. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used in the weight of indicating calculation and giving the synthesis index of data system. The system can be used to asses the culture resource protection and utility of other kind cities. |
