摘    要:介绍了低碳合金渗碳钢齿坯预热处理工艺的现状 ,讨论了钢件的正火组织和硬度对切削加工性能及渗碳淬火变形的影响 ,提出应推广应用等温正火技术以改进齿坯预热处理质量。

Abstract:The present status of the preheating treatment process for case hardened steel gear blanks is introduced. The influences of the normalized structure and hardness of steel workpiece on its cutting performance and deformation after carburizing and quenching are discussed. It is suggested that the isothermal normalizing technology should be promoted to increase the preheating treatment quality of gear blanks.
