无油管采油系统举升液量计算

摘    要:无油管采油系统因空心抽油杆通过液体能力小,普遍存在下行过程遇阻现象。文章通过对无油管采油系统工作时的受力分析,计算了目前常用的36 mm和42 mm两种空心抽油杆在上、下冲程中任意位置杆柱的受力大小,进而确定这2种空心抽油杆系统的举升能力。现场应用表明,举升液体粘度、泵径是影响无油管采油系统举升能力的关键因素。该方法计算结果与现场应用情况比较接近,为国内应用该技术提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:Oil extraction system of non-tubing often meets the phenomenon of resistance because the liquid ability small when the hollow oil extraction rod through the liquid.This article passes to the stress analysis when oil extraction system of non-tubing works and calculates pole column stress size of commonly used phi 36 mm and phi the 42 mm two kind of hollow oil extraction rods in on,the downstroke the free position,then determines the lifting ability of these two kind of hollow oil extraction rods system.The field application indicated that the lifting liquid viscosity,pumps the diameter are key factor influencing lifting capacity of oil extraction system of non-tubing.This method computed result and the field application situation tallies extremely,and for the colleague who domestic is engaged in this technical application has provided one new method.
