PCBN刀具倒棱前角对粗糙度和切屑形态的影响

摘    要:通过对PCBN刀具硬态干切削淬硬轴承钢GCr15试验的研究,分析得出工件表面质量与倒棱前角及切屑形态与倒棱前角之间的关系,进而剖析了这一关系的内在成因,得出在实际加工中推荐选用的倒棱前角值.根据试验数据分析得出结论:为了获取高的表面加工质量,推荐选用的倒棱前角值为-15°.

Abstract:This paper presents a study on dry turning hardened steel GCr15 with PCBN cutting tool, and the relations between surface roughness, chip form and the chamfer angle were obtained, furthermore, the inherent cause of that was analyzed. So the recommendatory value in practical turning can be achieved. It can be concluded on analyzing experimental data: to obtain products with high surface quality, the recommendatory chamfer angle is -15 degree.
