摘    要:天然气水合物作为一种高效、安全的天然气储存和运输的方式,其实用性很大程度上取决于水合物的含气率和气体水合物的生成速率。从理论上分析了在喷雾反应器中表面活性剂的作用机理:表面活性剂的主要作用在于它降低了参与水合物反应的水的表面张力和改变了水合物形态,提高了气体在水中扩散率和传质率,从而加速水合物的生成。实验证明,表面活性剂在降低水溶液表面张力的同时促进了天然气水合物的生成并提高了水合物的储气率。

Abstract:Hydrate of natural gas is an effective,safe way for storage and transportation of natural gas.Its practical function is mainly determined by gas ratio and production rate of gas hydrate.The author analyzes the functioning mechanisms of surfactant in spray reactor in theory.The main function of surfactant is that it decreases the surface tension of water which participates in hydrating reaction,changes the form of hydrate and increases the diffusing rate and mass transfer rate of gas in the water,and further speeds up the formation of hydrate.The test shows that the surfactant promotes formation of hydrate of natural gas and increases the gas storage rate of hydrate,at the same time of decreasing the surface tension of aqueous solution.
