| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are forced to give a close and fresh look at the open concept with the arrival of knowledge economy and the entry of China into the WTO. The open concept has great impact on the personal cultivation ,the development of technology and science ,the service of society which are the major functions of education .The carrying out of it will promote the development of education in a much higher level and a broaderscope . |
