碱法提取木耳渣中多糖的研究

摘    要:采用碱法从提取水溶性多糖后的木耳渣中提取多糖.以提取率为指标,在对固液比、浸提时间、浸提温度、浸提液浓度和浸提次数进行单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验,确定了固液比1∶50、浸提时间150 min、浸提液浓度0.750 mol/L、浸提温度85℃为多糖提取的最佳工艺条件.在此条件下,多糖的提取率可达35.06%.

Abstract:The extraction of polysaccharide by alkaline extraction from Auricularia auricular residue was examined by the extraction rate.The optimum extracting conditions were the ratio of alkaline to raw material 50,the handle time 150 min,NaOH concentration 0.750 mol/L,and the extraction temperature 85 ℃.The maximal polysaccharides extraction rate was 35.06% at the optimal condition.
