| 摘 要： | <国际城市规划>杂志(以下简称"杂志")创刊于改革开放之初的1979年,是国内最早进行国外城市规划研究的刊物.而杂志于1986年正式创刊后若干年,国家即明确提出了建立市场经济体制的目标,面向世界采取了更加开放的姿态.我国的城市规划在经过改革开放以来的恢复性建设和发展之后,开始转入探索适应经济转轨和社会转型的城市规划体系的时期.
