微波消解-原子吸收光谱法分析中药材中Pb,Cd,As,Hg的含量

摘    要:采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对中药材中的铅、镉、砷、汞的含量进行了测定,方法快速准确、灵敏度高,加标回收率在95%-105%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:The paper introduces the determination of the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury in the chinesetraditional medicinal materials by the atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is rapid and accurate and has highersensitivity. The recovery is in the range of 95%~104% and relative standard deviation is less than 3%.
