自主学习法在健美操专项教学中的运用研究

摘    要:在健美操专项教学中采用自主学习的教学模式,要求在教学过程中,辩证地处理学生的学与教师的教之间的关系。不仅强调学生要自主地完成教师所给予的课堂任务,更强调教师要倾听学生、重视学生在自主学习中的个性体验和独特感受,并引导学生积极反思以及给予及时的鼓励和肯定;同时也要特别强调学生之间的相互倾听、交流与合作,强调学生创新和创编能力的培养,达到提高健美操教学的质量和健美操教学中学生的学习积极性和主动性的目的。

Abstract:The teaching mode by adopting self - learning method in. aerobics teaching demands that the relationship between teacher and students should be dealt dialectically. This teaching mode not only emphasizes that students should finish class tasks, but also more stresses that teachers should listen to students, pay attention to their personal experiences and special feeling, guide them to actively reflect and give certain encouragement. It also highlights that students should listen to each other, communicate and cooperate with each other. Such method stresses the development of students' creative and innovative abilities in order to improve the quality of aerobics teaching and students' learning initiative.
