连铸机结晶器调宽结构设计优化

摘    要:某钢厂连铸机结晶器调宽在使用过程中存在一些问题,包括零件腐蚀严重、连接螺栓易脱落、电机过载、精度不够等。造成以上问题的原因为保护套密封性较差、连接螺栓设计不合理、电机额定功率偏低、连接结构复杂。对原设计进行了优化。设计优化后的调宽机构通过一段时间的使用效果良好,不仅提高了精度,而且大幅降低了维护成本和备件材料费用。

Abstract:Continuous casting machine mold width adjustment has some problems during use in a steel mill,including severe corrosion of parts,falling off of connecting bolts,motor overload,and insufficient accuracy.The reasons for the above problems are poor sealing of the protective sleeve,unreasonable design of the connection bolt,low rated power of the motor,complicated connection structure.Original design has been optimized.The width adjustment mechanism after the design optimization has been used for a period of time,which not only improves the accuracy,but also greatly reduces maintenance costs and spare parts material costs.
