钢包智能管理技术在京唐公司的应用与实践

摘    要:为了实现对京唐公司炼钢厂钢包位置和钢水温度等关键信息的实时调控,通过激光定位技术跟踪台车和天车的位置信息、无线传输技术,实现所有数据采集设备与数据服务器之间的数据传输;通过优化模型,实现了配包、温度等优化管理,从而建立了一整套钢包智能管理系统。系统上线运行一年后,钢包的总周转时间由原来213.0缩短至191.4min,缩短了21.6min,降幅达10%,正常周转包比例从81%逐步上升到86%,转炉出钢温度降低了2℃,并提高了转炉冶炼终点炉后钢水温度命中率。

Abstract:In order to realize real-time control of key information such as the ladle position and molten steel temperature of Jingtang Steel Plant, the position information of trolleys and cranes is tracked through laser positioning technology,and all data collection equipment and data servers are realized through wireless transmission technology. Through the optimization model, the optimization management of package distribution and temperature has been realized, thereby establishing a complete set of intelligent management system for steel ladle. After the system went online for one year, the total ladle turnover time was shortened from 213.0 to 191.4 min, which was 21.6 min, with a decrease rate of 10%. The proportion of normal turnover ladle increased from 81% to 86%. The converter tapping temperature is reduced by 2 ℃, and the hit rate of molten steel temperature after the converter smelting end furnace is improved.
