锌浸出渣中铅的真空碳热还原

摘    要:在理论分析基础上,对锌浸出渣中铅进行了真空碳热还原挥发研究。结果表明,100 g锌浸出渣中加入18.5 g固定碳含量73%的兰炭粉,当起始真空度10 Pa、1000 ℃保温30 min时,渣中铅还原率达到98.93%。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis, an experimental study was carried out for the vacuum carbonthermal reduction of lead in the zinc leaching residue. By adding 18.5 g semi-coke powder with 73% fixed carbon content into 100 g zinc leaching residue, the vacuum carbonthermal reduction process with an initial vacuum degree of 10 Pa proceeded at the temperature of 1000 ℃ by holding 30 min, resulting in the reduction rate of lead from leaching residue up to 98.93%.
