摘    要:以河南某铝硅比为1.92的铝土矿为研究对象, 利用添加自主设计的“十字型”充填介质的实验室型逆流浮选柱, 考察了不同规格充填介质对铝土矿浮选精矿指标和粒度分布的影响, 并且探究了浮选过程中充填介质对矿物颗粒在浮选柱内部轴向分布的影响规律。研究结果表明, 通过在传统逆流浮选柱内部添加“十字型”充填介质, 使柱内流态向“柱塞流”发展, 强化浮选柱轴向粒度分布差异性, 有利于10~38 μm微细粒级矿物回收, 提高铝土矿浮选指标。充填介质高度60 mm时浮选柱浮选效果较为优异, 经过一段开路浮选作业, 可获得Al2O3品位59.29%、铝硅比11.83的铝土矿精矿, 较无充填条件下铝硅比提升较大。

Abstract:The bauxite ore from Henan Province with Al/Si ratio of 1.92 was taken for the research, a laboratory-type countercurrent flotation column with a self-developed packing media in a crisscross pattern was used to investigate the influence of packing media with varied specifications on the indexes and particle size distribution of bauxite concentrate collected using flotation column. The influence of packing media on the axial distribution of mineral particles in the flotation process was also explored. The results show that, when adding packing media in a crisscross pattern into the traditional countercurrent flotation column, the flow pattern therein is developed to be a plunger flow, resulting in bigger difference in the axial particle size distribution, which can benefit the recovery of fine-grained minerals in a size range of 10~38 μm and upgrade the bauxite flotation index. The flotation column performs best with the packing media 60 mm in height. Adopting a one-stage open-circuit process, a bauxite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 59.29% and Al/Si ratio of 11.83 can be obtained, which is superior to the indexes obtained without packing media.
