湖南某高硫低品位铜矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对湖南某Cu品位0.11%、S品位12.85%的高硫低品位铜矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用磁选-浮选联合工艺,先磁选脱除大部分磁黄铁矿,降低其对后续铜回收的影响,再经过一粗一扫两精铜浮选,最终获得了铜品位25.48%、铜回收率71.31%的铜精矿。

Abstract:A high-sulfur lean copper ore from Hunan Province has grades of Cu and S just at 0.11% and 12.85% respectively, which was taken for mineral processing tests. A combined flowsheet consisting of magnetic separation and flotation was adopted in the tests. Most of the pyrrhotite minerals were removed firstly by magnetic separation, so as to minimize the influence of sulfide on the succeeding copper recovery. After that, a copper flotation process including one stage of roughing, one stage of scavenging and two stages of cleaning was used and a copper concentrate grading 25.48% Cu at 71.31% recovery was reclaimed.
