摘    要:以河北某高砷铅硫粗精矿为研究对象,开展了铅砷分离研究,铅硫粗精矿经再磨,使用石灰和腐殖酸钠作砷抑制剂,采用“一粗两扫三精”浮选闭路工艺,可获得铅品位和铅回收率分别为76.12%和94.89%的铅精矿以及砷品位和砷回收率分别为11.89%和90.35%的砷硫精矿,实现了铅砷高效分离。

Abstract:The lead-sulfur concentrates with high content of arsenic from Hebei Province was taken for exploring the lead-arsenic separation technique. The lead-sulfur rougher concentrates, after being re-ground, were beneficiated by using lime and sodium humate as arsenic depressants. A closed-circuit flotation flowsheet with one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning was adopted, resulting in the lead concentrate grading 76.12% Pb at 94.89% recovery, and an arsenic-sulfur concentrate grading 11.89% As at 90.35% recovery. It is shown that efficient lead-arsenic separation can be realized.
