摘    要:用全自动还原糖测定仪法测定各甘蔗汁中还原糖含量,其测定结果标准偏差(RSD)为0.3%~5%,平均标准偏差为1.9%.该测定方法操作简便,结果重现性好,准确可靠,可作为甘蔗选育、甘蔗制糖领域质控参考分析方法.
