摘    要:介绍一种在Matlab的Simulink环境下,采用德国DSPACE公司1102数据采集控制卡,利用实时接口工具箱(RTI),构造半导体封装养护炉温控实验系统的方法。本系统作为控制方法研究的实验平台,可以直接利用Simulink中丰富的控制算法,避免复杂的编程,对于控制算法的开发极为便利。

Abstract:a method to build a temperature control system of snap curing oven is introduced, which uses a card 1102 from dSpace Company in Germany and runs on Simulink of Matlab by means of real time interface toolbox. The system acts an experimental research platform of temperature control method of the oven, which can directly take advantage of the abundant control algorithm of Simulink toolbox avoid coding of control algorithm. That is very useful for developing the control algorithm.
