摘    要:在聚烯烃流化床生产工艺中原有的开车输送种子床的过程中技术改造添加了由2台反应器之间的输送粉料的桥梁管线。作为一种新的操作模式,具有提高开工效率,缩短开车时间,节约开车成本,增加经济效益。尤其在没有开车种子床,需要外购粉料的情况下效果更为显著。

Abstract:During the process of polyolefin fluid bed produce,in the technical modify of the startup transfer seed bed process,a bridge line was fixed between the two reactor,this line was to transfer the powder.To be as a new operation model,the unit had obvious advantages,such as improving startup efficiency,shorten startup period,saving startup cost,increasing economy benefit,especially on the condition of no startup seed bed,and must to order the power.
