摘 要: | 针对山西某低品位铝矾土矿开展了浮选提纯试验,在原矿Al2O3含量68.80%、SiO2含量10.74%的条件下,采用分散剂BJ213和捕收剂BJ422的药剂组合,经阶段磨矿-浮选分离,获得了Al2O3含量为75.66%的精矿1(用于生产高铝耐火材料)和A/S为8.10的精矿2(可用于生产氧化铝)。该技术为高铝耐火材料行业的可持续发展提供了原料保障。

Study on purification of flotation for bauxite |

Abstract: | For one low alumina bauxite from Shanxi province, tests on purification of flotation have been carried out. With the Al2O3 grade of 68.80% and the SiO2 grade of 10.74% of the bauxite, concentrate 1 with the Al2O3 grade of 75.66% which could be as raw material for high alumina refractory and concentrate 2 with the A/S of 8.10 which could be as material of production alumina, can be obtained by stage-grinding and flotation using the dispersant BJ213and collector BJ422. The technology will provide the raw material guarantee for the sustainable development of high alumina refractory industy. |
