低比转速混流式水轮机导水叶栅中流动的实验研究

摘    要:本文对混流式水轮机固定导叶和活动导叶组成的双环列导水叶栅中的流动进行了实验研究,实验是在一带蜗壳的模型导水机构装置上进行的。在固定导叶进口,活动导叶进口及出口三个圆周上分别布置了4个测站,各测站均用五孔毕托球测量。本文根据实测结果对双环列导水叶栅中水流的轴对称性,平面性等作了全面的研究和分析。

Abstract:This paper presents results of experimental and theoretical studies on the flow through the double cireular cascade consisting of stay vanes and guide vanes for a Francis turbine. Experimental studies were carried out in a model turbine with a complete spiral casing. Far measuring-stations were set respectively on three concentric circles, i.e, the stay vans inlet cirele, the guide vane inlet and outlet circle. On the basis of experimental data, the axial symmetric and planar characteristics of the flow in the double cireular cascade were investigated and discussed in detail.
