办好公有民办二级学院的几点思考

公有民办二级学院为我省首创，是适合中国特色的新的办学模式，现已有较大发展，并为全国各地高校所效仿，但在发展过程中也出现了不少问题和矛盾。要提高认识，采用民办机制，改革创新，坚持相对独立性，使之健康发展。推动我国高等教育大众化、现代化进程。

Reflection on Running the Public Owned Sub College Run by the Local People

Public owned sub colleges run by the local people originated in Jiangsu province,are Chinese-style new pattern of running colleges. Now they are developing quickly and copied by the other higher schools. But some problems and contradictions have arisen in the course of the development.To make sure they will develop healthily so as to popularize and modernize our countries' higher education,we should enhance our awareness of the problems,make constant reform and inovation,apply the system of running by local people and stick to the relative independence.
