铁系无铬NBC—1型高(中)温CO变换催化剂的工业试验研究

摘    要:内蒙古工业化学工程系研制生产的铁系无铬NBC-1型高温CO变换催化剂,经化肥厂整炉装填应用,并了该催化剂升温还原及两种工况的操作情况,证明了NBC-1型催化剂具有易还原,低温活性好,蒸汽消耗低,CO转化率高,变换炉阻力小等特点,更重要的是彻底根尖了Fe-Cr系催化剂中铬组从对生产和使用人员的毒害及环境的污染。

Abstract:The chromium free iron based Type NBC-1 high temperature CO shift catalyst developed and produced by the Chemical Engineering Department of Nei Mongolia Industrial University was charged to the shift converter of a chemical fertilizer plant, and its reduction by raising the temperature and its ope ration under two conditions were analyzed. The data obtained proved that Type NBC-1 catalyst had the advantages of easy reduction, high activity at low temperatures, low consumption in steam, high CO conversion, and low resistance in the shift converter, and, more important, it brought under permament control the harm of the chromium constituent of the Fe-Cr catalyst to those who produced and used it and also its pollution of the environment.
