水解聚马来酸酐阻垢剂合成的研究

摘    要:研究了以水为溶剂水解聚马来酸酐阻垢剂的合成工艺.通过对引发剂和还原剂种类及其用量、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件的考察,确定了最佳的工艺条件.用滴定剩余浓度法测定产品的阻垢性能结果表明,产品的阻垢效果优于工业上使用的同类产品.文中还用实验数据分析了产品的实际固含量与理论固含量之间差异的原因.实验结果表明,两者之间的差别是未反应的马来酸酐在固含量测定过程中蒸发损失所致.因此,可以用实际固含量值衡量马来酸酐的转化程度.

Abstract:This paper relates to study on synthesis of hydrate maleic anhydride polymer in aqueous solution, in which optimum conditions of the processes are determined, including the types and the amount of initiative or reductive agents, reactive time, reactive temperature and so on. The experiment results show that scale inhibition of the polymer produced in this process reaches to that of PMA being widely used in industry. The relationship between theory solid content and measured solid content in the product is analyzed. The results indicate that higher measured solid content than theory solid content is due to losing of unreacted maleic anhydride in higher drying temperature. It is concluded that value of measured solid content may be used to represent level of maleic anhydride conversion.
