一种气相色谱尾吹辅助柱的制备与性能研究

尾吹在毛细管色谱中起到较大作用,既提高检测器灵敏度,又减小了死体积。但由于部分生产商设计存在缺陷,给操作者带来诸多不便,如开关状态不明显,流量难以准确控制等。为克服这些缺点,我们在3 mm内径的不锈钢柱内装填5A分子筛或其它填料作为尾吹的辅助柱,并进行了可行性研究。实验结果表明这种方法是可行的。

The Preparation and Performance Function Research of a Kind of Gas Chromatograph Auxiliary Column with Auxiliary Gas

Auxiliary gas has very important role in capillary GC, it can increase the sensitivity of detector and can reduce the dead volume. But owing to some blemish in desigh , it might result in many inconvenience. For example , the swich state is unclear and the flow control is hard. In order to overcome these faults, we parked 5A molecular sieve or other filler into a stainless steel column with 3 mm inside diameter which is used as a auxiliary column. At the same time, we proceeded some feasibility study. The results showed that this kind of method is feasible.
