摘    要:研究化学成分、热处理工艺对6060 T6无缝铝管力学性能的影响规律,结果表明:合理的调整Mg、Si及Ti等元素含量,确定合理的热处理工艺,可以满足Rm为190~240MPa、Rp0.2≥150MPa、A≥18%的用户要求。

Abstract:The paper focused on the influence rule of chemical composition and heat treatment process on mechanical properties of 6060 T6 seamless aluminum pipe.The test showed that the requirement of customer on Rm190240MPa, Rp0.2≥150MPa, A≥18% can be met by properly adjusting the element content of Mg, Si and Ti, etc., as wel as determining reasonable heat treatment process.
