节能高强改性沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

摘    要:以SBS改性沥青为粘结料,按照马歇尔配合比设计原理得到AC-16改性沥青混合料在目标空隙率(VV)下的最优级配(J)和最佳油石比(Pa)。保持最优级配(J)和最佳油石比(Pa)不变以节能高强改性沥青为粘结料分别成型若干组马歇尔试件,测定不同击实温度下混合料的体积指标和力学性能,获得节能高强改性沥青混合料AC-16达到相同空隙率(VV)时的最佳击实温度(T)。对两种沥青混合料分别进行路用性能全面对比试验,结果表明:在同等压实条件下节能高强改性沥青混合料温拌效果显著,其中高温稳定性能比SBS改性沥青混合料至少提高1倍且其他路用性能接近SBS改性沥青混合料。

Abstract:Using the SBS modified asphalt as the bonding material and according to Marshall mix design principle,the test obtained the optimal gradation(J) and the best whetstone ratio(Pa) of SBS modified asphalt mixture in the target air void(VV).The test maintained the optimal gradation(J) and the best whetstone ratio(Pa) unchanged,then used energy - saving and high - strength modified asphalt as binder to respectively form groups of Marshall specimens.Finally the test determined mixture volume index and mechanical properties at different compaction temperatures to obtain the best compaction temperature(T) of energysaving and high - strength modified asphalt mixture AC -16 in the same air void(vv).through pavement performance comparison tests of two types of asphalt mixture,the results showed that in the same compaction condition, the energy - saving and high - strength modified asphalt mixture had significant warm mix effect,its high temperature stability was twice than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture,other pavement performance was close to SBS modified asphalt mixture.
