焦化装置缩短生焦周期技术改造

摘    要:介绍焦化装置生焦技术改造。经过对加热炉、工艺流程的改造,生焦周期从24 h缩短至18 h,装置处理量从1.0 Mt/a提高到1.25 Mt/a,循环比由原来的0.25降低到0.15,实现可调节循环比大小的操作。该装置改造后已成功运行,实践证明,采用该改造方案能耗低,经济效益好。

Abstract:To increase the throughput of a coking unit,a series of technical revamping including heating furnace and process flow,was carried out to shorten the coking cycle.After revamping the coking cycle is shortened from 24 h to 18 h,the throughput is increased from 1.0 Mt/a to 1.25 Mt/a,recycle ratio reduces from 0.25 to 0.15 and operation of flexibly adjusting recycle ratio is realized.The unit is operating stably with slightly reducing dry gas yield and increasing light oil yield,and the total energy consumption of the unit is reduced,an energy saving of 2.66×108 MJ/a is achieved.
