基于10 kV小电阻接地系统的架空线路接地故障指示器

摘    要:基于上海市区10 kV小电阻接地系统,提出了新型的架空线路接地故障指示器.采用零序互感器和指示器组合方式,反映零序电流突变,并与继电保护接地动作及线路重合闸相匹配,确保线路接地故障跳闸后故障指示器正确动作,反映故障范围,并自动或手动复位.该指示器具有重量轻、便于安装、报警清晰、使用寿命长、成本低及免维护的特点.

Abstract:Based on low resistance grounded system of Shanghai urban district, a new grounded fault indicator for overhead network was put forward. Adopting compound mode of zero sequence transformer and indicator, zero sequence current break was reflected. And matching the relay protection grounded operation and line recloser, it was ensured after tripping operation because of line grounded fault that the fault indicator operates properly, reflects fault coverage and replaces automatically or manually. The indicator have merits of light weight, convenient installation, clear alarm, long useful time, low cost and free maintenance.
