摘    要:采用高频感应熔覆技术在低碳钢表面熔覆了一层铁基耐磨涂层,利用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对熔覆涂层的微观组织形貌进行了分析.结果表明:采用高频感应熔覆技术能制得冶金结合性能良好的铁基涂层,熔覆涂层的组织由大量的γ-(Cr-Ni-Fe-C)合金固溶体相和CrB,Cr2B,Cr23 C6,Cr7 C3,Fe3C等硼化物、碳化...

Abstract:In order to obtain a layer of iron-based wear-resistant coating on the low-carbon steel surface,high-frequency induction cladding technology was used.Metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope were utilized to analyze micro-texture of coating.The results indicate that it is workable to form a layer with good metallurgical bonding with high-frequency induction cladding technology.The coating is composed of γ-(Cr-Ni-Fe-C) solid solution and carbide,boride et,including CrB,Cr2B,Cr23C6,Cr7C3 and Fe3C.It is possessed of high micro hardnesses,the maximum reaches 850HV0.2.
