摘    要:为提高皇冠瓶盖切边的防锈性能,研制了以聚硅氧烷为缓蚀剂的防锈油,采用正交试验方法考察了缓蚀剂的剂量、辅助添加剂的剂量以及防锈油恒温加热固化成膜时的固化时间和固化温度对防锈效果的影响,优选出了最佳配方,并分析了防锈膜层的缓蚀性能.结果表明,主要因素对防锈效果的影响程度为:缓蚀剂剂量>辅助添加剂C(非离子型表面活性剂)的剂...
