水性防火涂料成分对防火时间的影响

摘    要:为了探讨水性防火涂料成分对防火时间的影响,以模拟大板燃烧法研究了其组分乳液、颜料、脱水催化剂、成炭剂、发泡剂不同用量时的防火效果.结果表明:水性防火涂料的防火时间主要受膨胀海绵状炭质层的膨胀高度、泡孔尺寸以及炭质层表面形成的白色无机物质连续程度等因素影响;水性防火涂料中基料、颜料、防火组分含量影响了膨胀海绵状炭质层的结...

Abstract:The effects of emulsion matrix,pigment,dehydrating catalyst,charring agent and foaming agent on the fireproof time of water-borne fire retardant paints were investigated using simulated large panel combustion method.Results show that the fireproof performance of water-borne fire retardant paints is mainly dependent on the expansion height of intumescent carbonaceous layer,cell size and continuity of white inorganic substance formed on the carbonaceous layer.The amounts of emulsion,pigment and fireproof agen...
