冷轧钢板表面陶瓷膜的制备及其性能

摘    要:涂装前的磷化处理不利于环保,以氟锆酸盐为溶液在冷轧钢板表面制备了陶瓷膜.用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了陶瓷膜的组织形貌和元素成分,用电化学测试技术和中性盐雾试验研究了陶瓷膜的耐蚀性能,同时测试了陶瓷膜的涂装附着力,分析了其成膜机理.结果表明:陶瓷膜主要由锆和铁的氧化物组成,膜层极薄,不同成膜时间呈现出不同的膜色;经锆化液处理...

Abstract:Ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of cold-rolled steel sheets by treatment in aqueous solution of fluorozirconate.The morphology and elemental composition of the ceramic coating were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.The corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating was evaluated by conducting electrochemical corrosion test and salt spray test.Besides,the adhesion of the ceramic coating was evaluated,and its film-formation mechanism was analyzed...
