摘    要:采用粉末热锻方法生产摩托车发动机连杆 ,通过开式模锻实验 ,确定了合理的粉末压制坯形状和尺寸 ,给出了闭式模锻摩托车连杆的锻造工艺 ,并设计了在摩擦压力机上成形热锻粉末烧结预制坯的闭式模具

Heat Powder Forging Technology for the Connecting Rod for Motorcycles and Design of the Die
Abstract:Adopting heat powder forging method to produce the connecting rod of the motorcycle motor was put forward. Through open forging experiments, the reasonable shape and dimensions of the mould for the powder blank were determined, the close forging process for the connecting rod was given, and the close forging die on the friction presser for the heat forging pre_fabricated blank for powder sintering was designed.
