超超临界锅炉用E911钢管的显微组织

摘    要:对德国Vallourec&Mannesmann公司生产的15 9mm× 2 7mm的E911钢管进行了力学性能、显微组织分析 ,并对供货状态的E911钢管进行了时效处理和时效后的显微组织测定。试验结果表明 ,E911钢管的常温性能、高温性能都比T91要好得多 ,完全可以代替TP30 4H、TP32 1H和TP347H不锈钢管 ,可解决异种钢焊接问题 ,并可降低锅炉的制造成本。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and microstructure of E911 steel tube produced by Germany Vallourec & Mannesmann Company were tested. Aging test and the microstructure observation after aging of E911 steel tube under the delivery condition were performed. The results showed the mechanical properties and elevated temperature tensile properties of E911 steel tube were better than those of T91, and it would be posible to use E911 to replace TP304H, TP321H and TP347H stainless steel tube, solve the weld problem of dissimilar steels and reduce the manufacture cost of boiler.
