摘    要:在冲模设计中,一般认为冲裁力与刃口轮廓线长度成正比,冲模压力中心通常采用计算法(解析法)或作图法求解。提出了一种基于AutoCAD中“工具”的压力中心和冲裁力确定方法,此法快速直接、简单方便、精度较高,可替代原有方法,值得推广。

Abstract:In the design of pressing die, people always consider that punching-force and length of contour line are in direct ratio,the pressure center generally is worked out by calculating method (analytic method).In this text we bring forward a new method based on "TOOLS" in AutoCAD which can calculate directly, quickly and accurately. This method can substitute the old one and be used widely.
