摘    要:针对某相控阵面天线单元间距小、TR组件与天线单元硬线连接、TR组件热流密度高的特点,提出了一种组合式冷板的解决方案.将两块冷板有机组合在一起,解决了上述结构特点引起的单块冷板壁厚薄、刚度差、水接头安装困难等问题;单块冷板内部采用小截面流道增加换热系数,解决了高热流密度TR组件散热问题.还就组合式冷板内部流道成型、外形加...

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of a phased array antenna:small spacing of the antenna units,TR module connected to the antenna units by hard-wire,high heat flux density of the TR module,this paper proposes a solution scheme by using a certain combined cold plate,combines two cold plates to solve the problem of the single cold plate caused by the above structure characteristics,such as the thin cooling wall,poor stiffness,difficult installation of the water joint,etc.,and inside the single cold plate,small-size flow channel is adopted to increase heat transfer coefficient,which solves the heat dissipation problem of TR module with high heat flux density.This paper also describes the processing technology of combined cold plate such as internal flow channel forming and shape processing,etc.
