论城市地下空间规划指标体系

城市地下空间规划所要实现的目标,需要以量化指标形式加以确定,并建立起一个指标体系,作为衡量规划是否科学、合理、可行的标准,也可作为规划实施过程中给予监督检查的依据。论文以城市现代化为背景,对城市地下空间规划指标体系的作用、构成、量化等问题进行了初步探讨,并提出城市地下空间规划指标体系的概念性框架。

The Index System of Urban Underground Space Planning

It is necessary to set up an index system for working out a master plan of urban underground development.The index system,as a standard for measuring,whether or not the planning is scientific,reasonable and feasible.may be looked on as a basis for supervision and inspection in the process of its implementation.On the basis of analysis of the effect,form,and numerical value of the index system,the paper gives a concept framework of the index system for urban underground space planning.
