Measurement technique for largesignal admittance of IMPATT diodes |

| Abstract: | A method is described for determining the large-signal admittance of an IMPATT diode from reflection-coefficient measurements at the output of a well-characterised IMPATT oscillator/amplifier circuit. Measurements at 10 GHz are presented and compared with the computed performance for the diode. |
