| 摘 要： | 根据丁基橡胶的物理化学特性,开发了XPG-800型悬挂式丁基橡胶胶片冷却机,分析了该机组的工作原理,并对该机组在应用中出现的问题提出了改进措施。当挂胶链条节踞为100 mm时,入胶口挂轮齿数为5;传动系统采用气动步进方式;胶片输送带采用食品级橡塑带并制成网纹状;在胶片输送出口处增设脱离三叶辊。

| Abstract: | According to the physics chemical characteristic of the butyl rubber,XPG-800 type hanging type man's base rubber film cooler was developed.The operation principle of this cooler was analyzed.The improvement measure for the problem that appeared for this unit in application was put forward.When hanging glue roller chain festival and crouching for 100 mm,hang teeth of a cogwheel in entrance of glue was 5.The transmission adopted the way pneumatically.Film conveyer belt adopted food magnitudes of rubber and plastic with wove form(into.) |
